HOA Monthly Assessment Fees
As homeowners, we pay monthly assessment for a variety of reasons. These include landscaping and snow removal as well as certain repairs and maintenance to the exterior of our buildings, the driveways and roads.
You can request automatic withdrawls of your monthly Association assessments by completing this form and mailing it to Foster Premier.
During difficult economic times, some of our neighbors are financially challenged. The Board of Directors is committed to working with individuals that have experienced a change in their circumstances, such as a divorce, or loss of job. Residents should contact the property manager, Kim Dean of Foster Premier or the board directly. Not paying your monthly assessment can become very expensive in combined late fees and legal costs. These are the responsibility of the homeowner and are very difficult to address after the fact. By being proactive and working with the board beforehand, an expensive process can be avoided.
You can pay for your assessments in one of three ways:
Use the monthly coupons provided to you.
Authorize an automatic clearing house (ACH) payment each month.
Register to pay online through the Foster Premier portal.
