Landscape and Snow Removal

Landscaping and snow removal are two of the largest operational services the HOA contracts. Snow removal is performed by Yellowstone. Landscaping is divided between two vendors, Yellowstone is responsible for lawns and plant beds while Sav-a-tree takes care of the nearly thousand trees that exist in the HOA. Trees are pruned once every three years according to a phased schedule.
