Landscape and Snow Removal

Landscaping and snow removal are two of the largest operational services the HOA contracts. Snow removal is performed by Premier Landscape Contractors, and the contract requires removal after 2" of snow. Salt is an extra expense and is typically limited to streets and driveways. 

Landscaping is divided between two vendors, Premier Landscape is responsible for lawns and plant beds while Sav-a-tree takes care of the hundreds of trees that exist in the HOA. Trees are pruned once every three years according to a phased schedule.
