Renters

The Reserve of Elgin is a welcoming community. While most of the townhomes are owner occupied, many are rented. However, all residents are expected to be familiar with and to follow the community standards established by the HOA covenants and bylaws. They are a condition of any lease within the community.

If a renter has a concern or question about living within the community, your landlord is the person to ask. They should be your advocate to resolve any concerns with the HOA.
