Under the HOA covenants (SECTION 4.3. Maintenance Services for Lots and Units) the HOA is responsible for several aspects of the building exteriors, notably the siding, roofs, gutters, downspouts and shutters. Doors, windows storm doors, garage doors and exterior lights are the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain, as well as the interior of the units (defined as inside the exterior sheathing).
