The HOA has contracted Barry Roofing to replace all the roofs in the HOA and has hired Architectural Consulting Group, Ltd. (ACG) to oversee the project. Work will begin in April and the project will be performed in three phases.

The roofing company will remove all satellite dishes to reroof the townhomes. Afterwards, individual homeowners must arrange reinstallation with their service provider. Importantly, any dishes remounted must only be on the roof (for safety reasons, balconies or sides of units are not allowed). The preferred location is on the driveway side of the roof. Be aware that in the later units in the HOA, Pulte sometimes installed a PVC chase pipe from the lower level closet (where a coaxial interface is installed) up to the attic to pull the wire for cable or satellite dishes. So that is something to check.
